CT999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "CT999" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at ct999.online and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions of the site.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully completed registration on CT999 and whose account is in good standing.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which all CT999 accounts, bets and payouts are denominated.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a Member on a sports event, casino game or any other offering available on the CT999 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of a Member's real-money PKR funds held in their CT999 account, excluding any bonus amounts unless specifically noted.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credit added to a CT999 account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible CT999 games before the bonus or any associated winnings become withdrawable.

2Account Registration

To use CT999's paid services, you must register an account. The following rules apply to all registrations and active accounts on the platform:

• Each individual may hold only one CT999 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and payment method details. CT999 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CT999 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. CT999 cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by a Member's failure to protect their credentials.
• CT999 accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to place bets or operate your account on your behalf.
• Accounts registered using false, misleading or unverifiable personal information will be suspended pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be withheld pending review.

3Age Verification — 18+ Only

CT999 strictly enforces an 18-years-of-age minimum for all Members. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted under any circumstances on the CT999 platform.

• By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• CT999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identity document showing your date of birth.
• Where CT999 has reasonable grounds to believe a Member may be under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. All bets placed during this period will be void and any deposits will be returned.
• If age verification confirms a Member was under 18 at the time of registration or at any point during account activity, the account will be permanently closed, all bets voided and any deposits returned to the original payment source. No winnings will be paid out.

4Deposits & Payments

All CT999 accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, no USD-denominated balances and no foreign exchange charges applied by CT999 at any point.

The following deposit methods are accepted on CT999:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank transfer via IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

• The minimum deposit on CT999 is Rs 200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit, though individual payment providers may apply their own daily transfer limits.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash reflect in the CT999 account balance within seconds of the transfer completing. Bank IBFT and card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to credit during normal processing hours.
• CT999 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are the responsibility of the Member.
• All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source. Any account found to have accepted third-party funds will be suspended.

5Withdrawals

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the conditions below. CT999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on CT999 is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of the request being confirmed. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 2 working hours.
• Before a Member's first withdrawal is processed, CT999 will verify the account's identity and payment method details. This verification is a one-time process for each Member.
• Bonus balance is not withdrawable. Only real-money balance that has met applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• CT999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size, frequency or destination. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied equally to all Members.
• Withdrawals to payment sources other than those used for deposit are only processed after written confirmation from the Member and completion of additional identity checks.

6Bonuses & Promotions

CT999 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions and seasonal offers to registered Members. All bonus offers are subject to the general conditions below as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's terms.

• CT999 bonuses are available to eligible Members only. CT999 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its discretion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Members on their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device and per payment method.
• The standard wagering requirement for CT999 welcome bonuses is 10× the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. For example: a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the CT999 account. Any uncompleted bonus balance will expire and be removed from the account at the end of this period.
• Not all games on CT999 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets (settled pre-match or in-play) typically contribute 100%. Casino slots contribute 100%. Live dealer table games including baccarat and roulette contribute 10%. Crash games contribute 50%. These contribution rates are subject to change and will be updated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
• CT999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Members will be notified where this affects a currently active bonus balance.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using a bonus in combination with arbitrage betting strategies, or using automated systems to exploit bonus terms — will result in the forfeit of all bonus balances and may lead to permanent account closure.

7Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets on CT999 are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the Member except through the Early Cash Out feature where available. The following settlement rules apply to all CT999 sportsbook bets:

• Match Abandonment: If a sporting event is abandoned before completion without an official result being declared, all CT999 bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Members' balances in full.
• Postponed Matches: If a match is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original kick-off or start time, bets will stand for the rescheduled fixture. If the rescheduled time falls outside 48 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Accumulators: Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If one selection is voided (due to abandonment, postponement or other covered events), the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections and the odds adjusted accordingly.
• Live In-Play Bets: All live bets placed on CT999 are subject to a brief acceptance delay to protect against latency-based advantages. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided regardless of the odds displayed.
• Cricket-Specific Rules: For matches affected by weather, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result is accepted as the official result for settlement purposes on CT999. Sessions markets for the interrupted period will be voided. Over-specific markets remain valid only if that over is completed in full.
• Maximum Winnings: CT999 applies a maximum payout limit per event per Member. Specific limits are shown in the relevant market where applicable. These limits are PKR-denominated and apply to the total net winnings from a single event.

8Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on CT999 — including live dealer games, slots, baccarat, roulette and crash games — operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems or provably fair protocols audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. CT999 does not alter game outcomes at any point.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each casino game on CT999 is provided by the game's certified provider and is independently audited. These figures are available to Members on request.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a casino game round on CT999, the game will be resolved based on the server-side game state at the time of the interruption. If the round cannot be completed by the server, the bet for that round will be voided and the stake returned.
• CT999 does not accept responsibility for disconnections caused by a Member's internet service, device or browser. The platform's server-side game log is the definitive record for all dispute resolution.
• Crash games on CT999 use provably fair seeding protocols. The crash point for each round is generated before the round begins and can be verified by the Member using the seed values provided in the game history after the round ends.
• Any attempt to use software, bots, scripts or other automated means to play casino games on CT999 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all related winnings.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CT999 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances where they are identified or reasonably suspected:

• Opening or using more than one CT999 account.
• Registering using false, unverifiable or third-party identity information.
• Depositing funds from payment sources not registered in the Member's own name.
• Using the CT999 platform for money laundering, fraud or any financial crime.
• Arbitrage betting, match exploitation or any strategy specifically designed to guarantee profit by exploiting pricing errors on CT999.
• Using bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted software or any other non-manual means to place bets or play casino games on CT999.
• Colluding with other Members or with CT999 staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Claiming the same promotional offer more than once by any means.
• Accessing CT999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law and misrepresenting your location to circumvent this restriction.

10Account Suspension & Closure

CT999 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity.
• A Member's self-exclusion request submitted through CT999's responsible gaming tools or directly to support.
• Inactivity: accounts that have not been logged into for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. CT999 will notify the registered contact before applying any dormant account administration fee to the remaining balance.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than self-exclusion or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5 working days, after the completion of any outstanding investigation or verification process.

11Responsible Gaming

CT999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire membership. Every registered CT999 account has access to the following tools, available at any time from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you can lose in a given period. CT999 will prevent further bets from being placed once the limit is reached until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a time alert that notifies you when you have been logged into CT999 for a specified duration.

13Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of CT999's platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
